To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (330)-682-9444 during our allotted business hours. At this time, we are not accepting walk-ins.

When you come in for your appointment, either Katelyn or Tina will greet you at the front desk and walk you through the new patient paperwork. The estimated time to complete the new patient paperwork is around 30 minutes, so your first visit will take longer than a typical visit once you are an established patient in our system.
Once you have completed your paperwork, Dr. Bardall will meet you in the lobby and lead you to a treatment room which is set aside for our new patients.
During this appointment, Dr. Bardall will address your chiropractic concerns and provide you with a determined form of treatment. After your session with Dr. Bardall, she may advise you to see Tina in the physio-therapy room for further treatment.
Finally, you will end your appointment at the front desk with Katelyn, who will get you scheduled for your next visit and take care of your payment. If you are a Standard Medicare insurance holder—specifically, the red, white, and blue card—you will be asked to bring your insurance card with you. We DO NOT accept any other form of insurance. We do, however, accept cash, check, credit card, and debit card. Please direct any additional questions to our front desk!

We accept cash, check, all major credit/debit cards, as well as Standard Medicare (the red, white, and blue card). At this time, we do not accept other forms of insurance. Please contact us if you have any further questions about payment options.

We ask that you call our office before the time of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Typically, we prefer if you would notify us at least a day beforehand, but you can call the day of your appointment to cancel or reschedule if needed. Keep in mind that we are a small team of four, with only one chiropractor in our office so it is possible for Dr. Bardall to get backed up. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as we only have a small waiting room for our patients. Thank you!
